Our minimum order quantity is 50 square meters per design. For sampling purposes, we produce physical samples of approximately 50×50cm prior to full production commitment. For very large or complex commissions, we are happy to discuss specific project requirements on a case-by-case basis.
Physical samples are typically produced within 15–30 calendar days from design approval. Rush sample programs (10–15 days) are available for time-sensitive projects at a nominal surcharge. Samples are shipped globally via express courier and are either fully credited against the production order or provided at cost.
Production lead time ranges from 8 to 20 weeks depending on order complexity, pile technique, size, and order volume. Hand-knotted carpets at high KPSI density require longer production time than hand-tufted options. We provide a detailed production schedule at the time of order confirmation, with bi-weekly progress updates throughout.
Virtually everything. We offer complete customization of: pattern & design (original or adapted), dimensions (any size or shape), pile height and density, material composition (wool, silk, cashmere, viscose blends), color (matched to Pantone, RAL, fabric swatches, or custom), edge and border treatment, and backing type. Our design team works directly with your architects and interior designers.
Standard payment terms are 50% deposit upon order confirmation and 50% balance before shipment, with inspection and photo approval. For established long-term clients and large-volume projects, extended credit terms may be arranged. We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C at sight, and other trade finance instruments for qualifying orders.
Yes. We manage all aspects of export packaging, freight forwarding, customs documentation, and global shipping coordination. For major projects, we provide on-site installation supervision and specialist installation teams. We have delivered to over 30 countries and maintain established logistics partnerships globally.
Our products and facility carry CRI Green Label Plus (indoor air quality), ISO 9001:2015 (quality management), and ISO 14001:2015 (environmental management). Specific products can be tested against additional standards including ASTM, EN ISO, and AS/NZS requirements upon request. All test reports and certificates are provided with shipment documentation.
All products carry a 2-year manufacturing defect warranty.
